If we take your case, we will provide you with a free defense to the lawsuit and seek reimursement for our fees from the insurance company. If they refuse, we charge you nothing.*
*At The Cary Schulman Law Firm, we defend individuals and companies that have been sued for one reason or another, and send the bill to your insurance company for payment. If you have insurance and we take your case, you will pay us nothing. No up front fees, no expenses, no attorneys fees at all as we will contact your insurer and notify them that you have elected our law firm to represent you and are declining the insurance company lawyer. If you do not have any insurance or potential insurance to pay our fee, we may agree to represent you but our standard hourly rates or whatever fees we agree upon will be charged.
We have no contract with insurance companies and no business relationship with any insurance company and insurance companies to not come to our firm asking us to represent them or their insureds.
